My husband and I built a new home in 2007 using pex pipes. We have had three pinhole leaks in the pipes. I am tired of tearing out walls to fix these leaks. One of the leaks was in our laundry room and our entire pantry had to be torn out and rebuilt. The leaks have always been in the hot water pipe and seem to be pinhole leaks that start out small but increase in size to a big leak. Is there a class action suit that applies to leaks in the actual pipe and not the fittings?

Homes built over ten years ago are not usually insulated to the standards of today's homes. If you have an older home it is a good idea to have your insulation inspected and possibly have it replaced or more added on.

Stay in the kitchen when you are frying, grilling or broiling food. Yes, there are times when we can not leave the kitchen at all, we should wait until everything's finished. Otherwise something bad will happen.

Could the water damage seen in the video be caused by water from leaky pipes? This video pretty much convinces me that wood composite siding is definitely not the way to go. What is the difference in price between a wood composite siding and an aluminum siding?
